Today is Antelope Day!
Antelope Canyon is a world renowned slot canyon carved out in sandstone of the most beautiful yellow, orange, red and brownish shades. The AC lies in Navajo Indian country close to Page and is well managed by the Navajos. The canyon is sacred grounds for the Navajo Nation but anybody can go on guided tours to experience just how stunning this place is. – You have to see the site with your own eyes in order to appreciate its diversity of adobe colors.
